Refund & Returns Policy

At F1 Flow Performance Ltd., we stand behind the engineering of our products. We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you and your dog are not completely satisfied with your F1 Flow™ Slatmill, we are here to help.

1. Returns

  • Window: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging and include all components (tools, manual, performance monitor).

  • Proof of Purchase: Please retain your receipt or order confirmation email.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, our engineering team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, Shop Pay, etc.).

  • You will receive the credit within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Returns: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Defective Items: If the product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, F1 Flow will cover 100% of the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid freight label.

4. 3-Year Structural Warranty

Beyond the 30-day return window, your F1 Flow is protected by our 3-Year Limited Warranty. This covers the carbon steel frame, aluminum wheels, and wood slats against structural failure. If a part breaks due to a manufacturing defect, we will ship you a replacement part at no cost.
